The woman looked confused and didn't know how to make a mocha. I would have rated Cross Street Deli 4 stars but they shouldn't brag about serving Starbucks if they are going to have somebody clueless making the drinks I ordered a mocha and requested only 2 pumps of syrup in it (and tipped $2 after making the request as well). Food prep is just a tad slower than I have expected but nothing outrageous. wonderful and the garlic fries are yummy as well. and delicious! Also, several of the different wing varieties are. They are both excellent! I have never seen a burger prepared quite the way the steakhouse burger is prepared. I can see why the Steakhouse Burger and wings are items recommended by the chef.
